Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the App means you accept this Agreement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use and subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be 15+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require an auto-renewing subscription (LINA Coach). You will see the subscription price, period, and renewal terms in the App before purchase. Payments are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless canceled in App Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Partial refunds are not provided.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

LINA offers informational coaching only and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any diet or fitness program. You assume all responsibility for activities performed with the App.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of meals, workouts, chat inputs, photos, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process it solely to operate and improve the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.
• Use the App to harass, spam, or violate any law.
• Share credentials or allow others to access your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by LINA, Inc. and protected by copyright and other laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., RevenueCat). Their terms apply to your use of those services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach this Agreement. You may terminate by deleting the App and cancelling subscriptions. Sections 4-12 survive termination.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINA disclaims all warranties and liability for any damages arising from or related to the App. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arlon, Belgium.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version inside the App or at the link below. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
